The iPhone XR originally comes with an IP68 rating, meaning it should withstand being submerged in water up to 6 meters for up to 30 minutes. However, since the device has gone through a refurbishment process, we can’t guarantee that its waterproofing has been fully preserved. So it’s better not to take it into the shower or test it in a pool.

To turn off the iPhone XR, press and hold the side button and either volume button at the same time. When the "Power off" slider appears, slide it to turn off the device.

To take a screenshot, press the side button and the volume up button at the same time, then quickly release both. The screen will flash, and the screenshot will be saved in your photo gallery.

The iPhone XR supports both a physical nano‑SIM and an eSIM. In most regions the model offers dual SIM capability, but devices sold in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau use two physical nano‑SIMs only and do not support eSIM. It’s a good idea to check the device version before buying if you plan to use eSIM or physical SIM.
