Vivo Phones used and refurbished

In Poland, Vivo has had a rather winding road. In 2023 the brand's official distributor left the market, and in 2025 Vivo returned to the shops with its photography-focused X-series flagships, made in partnership with ZEISS. That's why on the second-hand market today you'll find two generations of phones side by side: simple Y models from a few years back and new, highly polished cameras in a smartphone body.

In this category you'll find used and refurbished Vivo phones – from the flagship X series, through the mid-range V line, to the budget Y series. Before it goes back on sale, every handset goes through a technical check and, if needed, a repair with SWOPiFY partners.

Which Vivo phones will you find in this category?

The X series is the brand's showpiece. The Vivo X300 Pro 5G has an extensive camera set-up with ZEISS optics, water and dust resistance (IP68/IP69) and OriginOS 6 on Android 16. It's a phone for someone who takes photography seriously. The Vivo X200 FE goes in a different direction: it has a compact 6.31-inch screen yet still fits in a 6500 mAh battery, so it'll appeal to people who don't like big phones but don't want to charge them twice a day.

The Vivo V50 Lite sits in the middle – a large 120 Hz AMOLED screen, a 6500 mAh battery and 256 GB of storage. A good choice for everyday use, films and social media. The Y series, meaning the Y33s, Y21 and Y01, covers the simplest and cheapest phones in this category. They work well as a spare phone, a child's first smartphone or a device for calls and messaging apps.

Why consider a refurbished Vivo?

A refurbished Vivo phone costs less than the same model bought new. The difference is most noticeable with the X series, because new flagships with ZEISS optics cost as much as the top models from the best-known brands. A refurbished handset gets you into this class of device without paying the full amount.

There's a second reason too, though we don't want to overstate it. When you buy a refurbished Vivo, you're not ordering the production of another phone – you're extending the life of one that already works. That doesn't make the purchase fully green, but it's a more sensible choice than another box straight from the factory.

What should you check before buying?

The Y-series models date from 2021–2022 and run older versions of Android with the Funtouch OS skin. The Vivo Y01 uses the lightweight Android Go and has only 32 GB of storage, so it's not for someone who installs lots of apps and takes loads of photos. Newer models, such as the X300 Pro, already have OriginOS – the skin that replaced Funtouch OS outside China. If long update support matters to you, aim for newer models. An older one won't suddenly stop working, but over time some apps may stop supporting it.

In this category you can filter phones by:

  • storage – from 32 GB to 512 GB;
  • RAM – from 2–3 GB in the Vivo Y01 to 16 GB in the X300 Pro;
  • colour;
  • price range;
  • condition.

If you take a lot of photos and want a phone that will last several years, choose an X-series model. For everyday tasks the V50 Lite is more than enough. The Y series makes sense when price comes first and the phone is meant for simple things.

Can you trust refurbished Vivo phones?

The refurbished Vivo phones in this category are used devices. Before they're listed again, they go through a technical check and, if needed, a repair with SWOPiFY partners. They're not new phones, and we never suggest they are.

Every purchase includes a warranty. The condition of each handset is described by one of four grades: Premium, Very good, Good or Fair. That way you know before ordering whether the phone shows signs of use, and you can compare offers on more than just price.
