The iPhone XS originally comes with an IP68 rating, meaning it should withstand being submerged in water up to 6 meters for up to 30 minutes. However, since the device has gone through a refurbishment process, we can’t guarantee that its waterproofing has been fully preserved. So it’s better not to take it into the shower or test it in a pool.

To turn off the iPhone XS, press and hold the side button and either volume button at the same time. When the "Power off" slider appears, slide it to turn off the device.

To take a screenshot, press the side button and the volume up button at the same time, then quickly release both. The screen will flash, and the screenshot will be saved in your photo gallery.

The iPhone XS supports only a physical nano‑SIM. It does not include eSIM functionality, which was introduced in later models like the iPhone XS and XR. It's worth checking your device version before purchase if you plan to use eSIM.
