OnePlus Smartphones used and refurbished

OnePlus started out in 2013 as a brand meant to deliver flagship specs for less. Prices went up over time, but two things stayed: the fast, clutter-free OxygenOS and very fast charging. In summer 2026 the company announced it would no longer launch new models in Europe. Phones already on the market are still supported, and the second-hand market is becoming the main place to buy a OnePlus.

In this category you'll find used and refurbished OnePlus phones – from the flagship OnePlus 15 and the foldable OnePlus Open to models from the Nord series, the brand's more affordable line. Before going back on sale, every handset goes through a technical check and, where needed, a repair with SWOPiFY partners.

Which OnePlus phones will you find in this category?

The OnePlus 15 is the current flagship: a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, a screen of up to 165 Hz, a 7300 mAh battery and a water- and dust-resistant body (IP68 and IP69K). It's the brand's first flagship in several years whose cameras were developed without Hasselblad. The OnePlus Open, on the other hand, is a foldable with a large inner screen and cameras still developed together with Hasselblad – for anyone who wants a tablet and a smartphone in one device.

The Nord series is more sensible money. The Nord 4 stands out with a unibody metal frame, rarely seen in this class. The 2025 Nord CE5 is a straightforward everyday phone with a 120 Hz AMOLED screen and fast charging. The Nord 3 5G is an older but still quick option with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chip. The oldest is the original OnePlus Nord from 2020 – the cheapest way into the brand.

Why consider a refurbished OnePlus?

A refurbished OnePlus phone costs less than the same model bought new. You'll feel it most with the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Open, as these are top-end phones. For what you'd spend on a new mid-ranger, you can often get a refurbished flagship.

Then there's the question of what happens to a device after its first owner. A phone that goes back into circulation doesn't go straight to e-waste. That doesn't make the purchase fully green, but it means a device whose production has already happened gets used for longer.

What should you check before buying?

The key issue is updates. OnePlus has said that owners of phones bought in Europe will get the promised updates and security patches according to each model's schedule. OxygenOS is set to be developed up to a version based on Android 17. After that, selected models will be able to switch to ColorOS, the system from Oppo, which owns OnePlus and has shared code with it since 2021. The original 2020 Nord ended on Android 12 and won't get any new system versions. The Nord 4 and Nord CE5 are promised four major Android updates and six years of patches.

In this category you can filter phones by:

  • storage – from 128 GB to 512 GB;
  • RAM – from 8 GB to 16 GB;
  • colour;
  • price range;
  • condition.

If you want a phone that will last several years, choose the OnePlus 15 or Nord 4 – they have the longest support. The OnePlus Open makes sense if you read and work on your phone a lot. The original Nord is fine as a spare device.

Can you trust refurbished OnePlus phones?

The refurbished OnePlus phones in this category are used devices. Before going back on sale, they were technically checked by SWOPiFY partners and repaired if needed. We don't sell them as new, and we never suggest they are.

Every purchase comes with a warranty. The condition of each unit is set by one of four grades: Premium, Very good, Good or Fair. So you know what to expect before the parcel reaches you.
