Functional – Good
The device is fully functional, with minor visible signs of use, such as light scratches or scuffs on the screen or casing. There are no mechanical damages affecting the device’s performance.

Functional – Used
The device is fully operational but shows clear signs of heavy use, such as visible scratches, scuffs, or discoloration on the screen and/or casing. Despite cosmetic wear, all functions work correctly, and the device has no significant technical faults.

Functional – Cracked
The device works properly but has a crack on the screen or casing that does not affect its core functionality. All features (touchscreen, camera, speakers, microphone, charging, etc.) operate without issues, though the device’s aesthetics are reduced.

Non-Functional – Damaged Parts with Scratches
The device has technical defects affecting its operation (e.g. issues with turning on, a faulty camera, charging port, or buttons) and visible scratches on the screen or casing.

Non-Functional – Damaged Parts with Cracks

The device is not operational and has visible cracks on the screen or casing.
