The PLS LCD screen has a resolution of 1080 × 2408 pixels, and the 90 Hz refresh rate makes scrolling through pages and menus smooth. The front glass is Gorilla Glass 5. There's one speaker, but you have a 3.5 mm jack for wired headphones and Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless ones.

The back and frame are plastic, and the phone weighs 206 grams and is 9.4 mm thick – you can tell there's a big battery inside. Samsung put the fingerprint reader in the power button on the side. NFC is on board, so you can pay contactlessly with it.

Processor, cameras and battery

It's powered by the 5-nanometre Exynos 1330 with 4 GB of RAM. Everyday apps run smoothly, and navigation, payments and video calls give it no trouble. In popular games you'll have to accept lower graphics settings, and with 4 GB of RAM, apps in the background close sooner. There are three cameras on the back: a 50 MP main, a 2 MP macro and a 2 MP depth sensor. There's no ultra-wide. The front camera has 13 MP.

The 6000 mAh battery supports wired charging at up to 25 W over USB-C. There's no wireless charging.

What should you check before buying?

The cameras are the weakest point – without an ultra-wide lens you can't fit a whole group into a shot from close up, and the 2 MP macro's resolution is more or less symbolic. The display is LCD, not AMOLED, so blacks aren't as deep. On the other hand, the microSD card has its own slot and doesn't take the second SIM's place.

Samsung announced two major Android updates and four years of security patches for the Galaxy M14 5G. Both updates have already arrived – the phone runs Android 15 with One UI 7 and won't get a newer version of the system. Security patches are still coming, though: as of October 2026 the model is covered by support that, as announced, will last until 2027. So for now you can use it for banking too, but if you plan to keep it for several years, bear in mind that the patches will end soon. The Galaxy M15 5G has an AMOLED screen and a longer update promise.
