Order shipping

The carrier is selected at the level of a specific order. To select a courier, the seller should go to the Seller Panel and select the tab Sales → Orders → Order details. The option to select a carrier becomes available only after the order has been paid for by the buyer and the serial number of the device has been entered. Once these conditions are met, the seller can add the tracking number for the shipment.

Important information

  1. The seller cannot send shipments outside the Platform system.
  2. The administrator has constant access to the delivery process, which allows for monitoring of the delivery and possible intervention.
  3. The seller decides on the standard shipping costs for all selected delivery locations and countries. The sale price of the Product presented to the buyer consists of the sum of the price of the device and the shipping costs.
