iPhone 14 Plus 256GB Starlight Refurbished product

Every iPhone 14 Plus is diagnosed by our partners before it is listed. They check that all components work, fit new parts in place of worn ones where needed (not always original Apple parts) and clean the device carefully. You get a phone ready for everyday use, which may show minor signs of wear.

Swap means trading your old smartphone for a refurbished one – you hand us your current device and pick a model that better suits your needs. You spend less while helping to reduce electronic waste.

Morning to evening – that is how long the iPhone 14 Plus battery usually lasts with surfing, video and calls. We assess the battery's condition before dispatch, so the phone is convenient in everyday use.

The iPhone 14 Plus gives you a full 6.7 inches of screen space – ideal for films. Even so, the phone stays comfortable in the hand.

The iPhone 14 Plus socket is Lightning, so go for a Lightning cable and a USB-C power adapter rated at 20W or more – that way charging is efficient and safe.

When new, the iPhone 14 Plus met IP68 requirements – in theory it will survive 30 minutes at a depth of up to 6 metres. Because we sell refurbished units, we cannot guarantee the seals still protect it fully – do not take it into the shower or to the swimming pool.

Keep the side button and one of the volume keys held down together until you see the slider for switching off. Slide it across with a fingertip and the handset goes dark.

Push the side button and volume up at the same instant, then release them quickly. The display gives a brief flash and your capture is stored in the photo gallery.

The iPhone 14 Plus accepts eSIM and a classic nano-SIM. In the vast majority of countries, versions with both options are sold – even so, check this before buying, especially if a physical card matters to you.
