Switching between apps, video calls and navigation all run efficiently, and popular games play smoothly on medium settings. The 48 MP main camera has optical image stabilisation. It's complemented by an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a 5 MP macro, and you take selfies with the 13 MP camera, which also records 4K video.

With normal use, the 5000 mAh battery easily lasts a day away from the socket. Wired charging supports up to 25 W. You can't use a wireless charger with this model.

What should you look out for before buying?

There's no separate 3.5 mm headphone jack here – you're left with a USB-C adapter or Bluetooth headphones. There is a microSD slot, but it's shared with the second SIM, so with two numbers you'll have to rely on the built-in storage. The plastic back picks up fine scratches more easily than glass, so when choosing a condition, it's worth checking the casing description.

Support is still ongoing. In June 2026 the phone got One UI 8.5, and Samsung promised it four major Android updates and five years of security patches from its launch in March 2023. In line with that promise, Android 17 is still to come as its last major system version, and security patches arrive quarterly.
