To ensure transaction security, maintain high-quality listings, and protect buyers' interests, we have compiled a list of products that cannot be sold on our platform. Compliance with the rules below is a prerequisite for maintaining active seller status.

Devices with engravings or personal markings

Products with permanent engravings, personal markings, or other alterations to their original appearance that prevent them from being resold in their original condition are prohibited.

Blacklisted devices

The sale of devices that have been reported as stolen, lost, or blocked in operator records (so-called blacklist) is prohibited.

Financially locked devices (gray list/financially locked)

It is prohibited to list products that have an active block due to unpaid bills, leasing obligations, or other financial obligations.

Devices with manufacturer security features bypassed

Products that have been rooted, jailbroken, or otherwise modified to circumvent factory security features may not be sold.

Counterfeits and replicas

The platform has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the sale of counterfeit or replica branded products. Violations will result in the permanent removal of the seller from the platform.

Devices intended for foreign markets that do not comply with local standards

The sale of devices in versions that do not support local standards (e.g., mobile phone network frequencies, safety regulations) is prohibited.

Products outside the categories available on the platform

Only refurbished consumer electronics products are allowed on the platform, including but not limited to: phones, tablets, laptops, smart watches, desktop computers, cameras, audio equipment, monitors, televisions, home appliances, printers, scanners, and game consoles. If you cannot find the category you are looking for, please contact our support team via the contact form or by email at partnership@swopify.com. The team will check the possibility of adding a new category and notify you when it is available in the system.

If a seller has been informed that they are selling counterfeit, defective, or dangerous devices, or that the product does not meet the criteria specified in the agreement, they must remove the product from sale by changing its status to inactive, immediately notify (within 2 days at the latest) in writing and by email to the system administrator, and take the necessary measures to prevent any damage to the system administrator and buyers.
