Standard delivery

Standard delivery is the basic delivery option available for every order. Standard shipping takes a total of approximately 2–6 working days from the time the order is received. Nevertheless, it is recommended that orders be processed as quickly as possible to enhance customer satisfaction. Standard shipping is always free of charge for the customer. This means that the Seller is required to indicate it on the invoice as 0 PLN.

Where can you check the selected option?

You can check whether the customer has selected standard shipping in the order details in the Sales → Orders panel under the Summary tab.

Shipping options are set in the panel under the Settings tab:

  1. 1. Enable the relevant markets.
  2. 2. The Standard and Express options are available for each market.
  3. 3. Leave the field for standard shipping blank.
  4. 4. Select the default carrier (courier).

In countries where a currency other than the euro is used, the Seller can enable (using the blue slider) the option to enter the full amount in the local currency.

 

Express delivery

Express delivery is a faster delivery option for customers who require quicker order fulfilment. Express delivery requires prompt action. We recommend dispatch on the same working day, as the maximum delivery time is up to 2 working days from the moment the customer places their order.

Express delivery is charged to the customer. The seller decides the cost and sets it themselves in the dashboard for each marketplace.

You can check whether the customer has selected express delivery in the order details under Sales → Orders in the Summary tab.

To configure express delivery:

  1. 1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. 2. Enable the relevant markets.
  3. 3. Set the cost of express delivery for each market individually.
  4. 4. Select the default carrier (courier).

In countries where a currency other than the euro is used, the Seller can enable (using the blue slider) the option to enter the full amount in the local currency.

IMPORTANT: Listings will not be published if Sellers have not enabled markets and selected standard and/or express shipping.
