Who refurbishes our equipment?

At SWOPiFY, the quality of our refurbished equipment is ensured by specialists in ‘refurbishing’ – that is, preparing devices for a second life. We select our partners following a multi-stage verification process, and all contractors are duly certified. We ensure consistent quality standards and give you the certainty that you know exactly what you’re buying.

Quality in 44 stages

Every item of equipment at SWOPiFY is checked against a 44-point checklist, which allows us to assess the condition of the electronics in detail. We only allow equipment that is 100 per cent functional to enter the circulation. Based on this assessment, we repair any items that require it.

Battery condition

The thing you ask about most often is the battery condition. We do not offer devices with a battery condition below 85 per cent – that is our absolute minimum.

*New batteries may or may not be from the original manufacturer, but they are fully compatible with the device.

At SWOPiFY, we do not accept reprogrammed batteries. We either offer original batteries in good condition or replace them with new ones. No fiddling around.
