Our payment processing partner is Adyen, a global payment platform that guarantees security and full transparency in settlements. Thanks to our partnership with Adyen, sellers can accept payments in multiple currencies and from various sources, such as Visa and Mastercard, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) and bank transfers.

Every Seller undergoes a verification process with Adyen, which provides an additional layer of security for all parties involved in the transaction. This not only ensures the reliability and protection of both Buyers and Sellers, but also effectively prevents fraud. As a result, Sellers can count on the highest level of transaction security and clear settlement rules, which translates into greater trust from Buyers and sales stability.

Standardisation of the fee for the payment provider Adyen

In order to streamline settlements and ensure clear communication, the SWOPiFY platform is standardising the fee for the payment provider Adyen – the so-called ‘payment fee’ – to 1% gross of the offer amount paid by the customer. Until 30 June 2026, the amount of this fee depended on the payment method chosen by the customer and ranged from 1% to 4%. From 1 July 2026, the fee will be fixed at 1% gross. At the end of the month, this fee will appear as the second item on the invoice issued by SWOPiFY.
