Electronic Invoicing
The Seller agrees to receive electronic invoices issued by the Platform, together with a report containing detailed information regarding settlements, such as a breakdown of transactions, commissions charged or other costs associated with the use of the Platform. These documents will be made available to the Seller in their individual Seller Account, where they can be downloaded at any time, or sent directly to the email address associated with the Account.
By accepting this method of delivery, the Seller waives the requirement to receive invoices and reports in paper form. The transmission of documents electronically shall be deemed to constitute delivery within the meaning of the applicable legal provisions and shall have full legal effect.
The Seller undertakes to monitor their Account and email inbox on an ongoing basis to ensure the timely receipt of documents. Any changes to the email address associated with the Account must be updated by the Seller without delay to ensure uninterrupted access to invoices and reports. Lack of access to the email inbox or failure to collect emails does not release the Seller from the obligations arising from the documents received.
The provision of invoices and reports in electronic form is intended to simplify the settlement process, reduce document processing times and enhance the security and transparency of the Seller’s accounting records.
The invoice, together with the report for the relevant month, will be sent to the Seller by the 10th day of the following month to their email address and via the Platform.
In the case of payments made via payment service providers, the gross sales price, less the applicable commissions, will be transferred to the bank account provided by the Seller in accordance with the weekly payment schedule.
Inbank
SWOPiFY has introduced the option of instalment payments via Inbank https://inbank.pl/terms, including an option for up to 10 instalments at 0% interest. In the case of sales using instalment payments, the full amount for the completed order will be transferred to the Seller 14 days (or on the 15th day, if it is a working day) after the product has been delivered to the customer. This is due to the consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract.
SWOPiFY’s commission for sales made via the InBank instalment system will be invoiced separately for a bank transfer 14 days after the end of the month. The fee payable to the payment operator InBank, amounting to 1% net, will appear as the second item on the same invoice issued by SWOPiFY.
