NOTICE REGARDING WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT CONCLUDED WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SWOPIFY.COM PLATFORM

(INFORMATION REGARDING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES – ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT)

This notice relates to the contract for the provision of electronic services covering the maintenance of an Account on the swopify.com Platform by the Platform Administrator (i.e. EGIDA ECO Solutions sp. z o.o.).

I. Right to withdraw from the contract for the maintenance of an Account on the swopify.com Platform

If you are a user of the swopify.com Platform who is a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the date of conclusion of the contract for the maintenance of an Account on the swopify.com Platform (i.e. the date of Account registration) without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawing from this contract expires 14 days after the date of creating the Account. To exercise your right to withdraw from the above contract, you must inform us (i.e. EGIDA ECO Solutions sp. z o.o.) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may also submit your withdrawal via your Account (after logging in) using the Helpdesk tool. For your convenience, a template for such a statement is also provided below. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to a user who has used the services available on the Platform, in particular who has published content on the Platform or accepted an offer to sell a Product. The right of withdrawal by a Platform user also applies to a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, where it is clear from the content of that contract that it is not of a professional nature for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity.
