NOTICE ON WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SALES CONTRACT – SWOPIFY.COM PRODUCTS
(INFORMATION ON EXERCISING THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE SALES CONTRACT)
This notice applies solely to a specific group of Products (Products including: new accessories and add-ons for electronic devices) available exclusively from the swopify.com Platform Administrator (i.e. EGIDA ECO Solutions sp. z o.o.).
I. Right to withdraw from the swopify.com Product Sales Agreement
You have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement for the above Products within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you came into possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement, you must inform us (i.e. EGIDA ECO Solutions sp. z o.o.) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may also submit a withdrawal (return) request via your Account (after logging in) using the Helpdesk tool.

You may also use the standard model form for withdrawal from the Product Sales Agreement (constituting Appendix 3 to the TERMS OF USE OF THE SWOPIFY.COM PLATFORM FOR BUYERS), although this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the Product Sales Agreement, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right to withdraw from the Product Sales Agreement before the expiry of the withdrawal period for the aforementioned Agreement.
II. Consequences of withdrawing from the Product Sales Agreement
In the event of withdrawal from the Product Sales Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from the Product Sales Agreement.
The refund of the above purchase costs will be made within a timeframe agreed with the Buyer, no later than 3 working days after the Product has been delivered to our premises; however, should the Buyer withdraw from the Sales Contract after we have dispatched the Product, we shall be obliged to refund the funds within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product, but no later than 14 days from the Buyer’s withdrawal from the Contract. However, if the Buyer withdraws from the Sales Contract before we have dispatched the Product, we shall be obliged to refund the funds within 3 working days from the date the Buyer cancels the order.
We will refund the payment using the same payment methods you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different arrangement (in which case we will only refund to a bank account); in any event, you will not incur any charges in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the Products or until you have provided us with proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
Please return or send the Products to us at the following address:

Józefa Zajączka 32, 01-510 Warsaw (Poland) – marked: “SWOPIFY.COM PLATFORM – RETURN”, without delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the Product Sales Agreement and received the return label. The deadline is met if you post the item back before the end of this 14-day period.
You will not have to bear any costs for returning the item. All returns on the swopify.com Platform are free of charge for Buyers. In the event that you return the Product directly (without a return label from us) and incur costs as a result, we will reimburse you for them (in accordance with the above).
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
